My Approach to Helping

I specialize in supporting college students and adults who often feel overwhelmed by intense emotions. My hope is to help make life feel a little easier for you by offering a safe, welcoming space where you are truly heard and deeply understood.

Whatever you’re experiencing, you won’t be judged here. I will never label your feelings as “too much,” “dramatic,” or “annoying”—even if you’ve heard those words before. Your emotions are real and valid, and together, we’ll find compassionate and gentle ways to navigate them—sometimes even with a touch of humor when it feels right.

Many of us weren’t taught healthy ways to cope with pain or strong feelings. Often, we grow up seeing the people around us handle their struggles through habits that might not have helped—like drinking, overeating, or shutting down—all simply doing the best they could with what they knew at the time.

If you’re reaching out for therapy now, it’s because you want something different. You’re ready for change, even if it feels hard—and that courage is a brave and powerful first step.

In our sessions, I’ll gently guide you toward healthier ways of managing difficult emotions. Together, we’ll explore tools and strategies that suit your unique needs, helping you feel more in control, calmer, and more at peace in your daily life.

Whenever you’re ready, feel free to email, text, or visit my website to schedule a free initial call. During this conversation, we can talk about your goals, I’ll answer any questions you have, and you can decide if working together feels like the right fit for you.

More Info About My Practice

My deepest goal is to offer you relief and support from the very first moment we connect. Even after our initial session, I want you to feel truly heard, understood, and validated with compassion alongside my clinical expertise. You don’t have to face this journey alone—I’m here to help you work through your challenges and address what’s weighing on your heart and mind.

I bring a friendly and relatable approach to therapy, creating a space where you can feel comfortable being your whole, authentic self. Helping others improve their mental health has always been my passion, and I genuinely love getting to know each person I work with! Seeing my clients achieve their goals is incredibly rewarding, and I feel honored to have worked alongside so many amazing individuals.

I understand that finding a new therapist can feel overwhelming or uncertain. That’s why I’m committed to making the process as simple and welcoming as possible. If you have any questions or want to get started, just text or email me. I offer a free introductory call where we can talk about what’s on your mind and how I can support you.
